All Smartbet Club members agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Applicants for membership must be individuals aged 18 years or over.
Richard Fewster’s Smartbet reserves the right to change or make additions to these terms and conditions at anytime.
Richard Fewster’s Smartbet reserves the right to change, add or remove any benefits of the Smartbet Club at any time.
Members agree to be bound by the Rules of Racing and by the regulations relating to bookmakers and bookmakers’ clerks.
Members are responsible for ensuring their membership details are up-to-date and, in the case of their Member ID and password, kept secret.
Members agree to the recording of all telephone conversations relative to telephone betting transactions between themselves and Richard Fewster’s Smartbet.
An individual may only hold 1 membership at any time.
The Smartbet Club and its benefits are intended only for recreational bettors and Richard Fewster's Smartbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any benefit(s) to any member(s) at any time in its absolute discretion.
If Richard Fewster’s Smartbet reasonably suspects that a member (or any other associated individual or entity) is benefiting from (or effectively holds) more than 1 membership at any time, it reserves the right to revoke any or all such membership(s).
If Richard Fewster’s Smartbet reasonably suspects that a member (or any other associated individual or entity) is attempting to defraud it, it reserves the right to revoke any such membership and void any or all suspicious bets.
In respect of free bets:

Free bets may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
If the free bet is successful, the amount of the free bet (stake) will be deducted from the gross payout.

In respect of deposit/competition bonuses:

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the initial deposit has been turned over 3 times in betting activity.
An individual may only receive an initial deposit bonus once.
The maximum amount for a deposit bonus is $200.00.

In respect of credit betting:
1. A Credit Application must be submitted and approved by Richard Fewster's Smartbet.
2. Credit bettors must immediately notify Richard Fewster's Smartbet of any changes to the information provided in the Credit Application.
3. Settlement by either party must occur either:
  1. before the next race meeting; or
  2. within 4 business days.
4. Interest on overdue settlements will accrue daily at the rate of 10% per annum.
All newsletters, audio interviews and other information provided to members are the exclusive intellectual property of Richard Fewster’s Smartbet. If Richard Fewster’s Smartbet reasonably suspects that a member (or any other associated individual or entity) is involved in the unauthorised copying or distribution of its intellectual property, it reserves the right to revoke any such membership and take appropriate legal action.
Unless they advise us to the contrary, all members consent to the publication of their names and their Smartbet Club-related activities on the website or in newsletters.

Richard Fewster’s Smartbet accepts no liability for any damage or loss deemed to have suffered in connection with its website, including but not limited to delays or interruptions in transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
