As 13 quality sprinters prepare to do battle in the race that bears his name, we thought we'd provide a brief insight into who Chester Manifold was.
As many of you will know, Sir Chester Manifold was a prominent Australian politician who served on the VRC committee for 35 years until 1972. Most notably, Sir Chester was largely responsible for the introduction of the TAB in Victoria and in fact served as its Chairman between 1961 and 1968.
Tomorrow's edition of the $150,000 Listed feature looks to have plenty of winning chances - Count To Zero is our pick in a hard race:

Our charity bank balance is up to $1,415.00. King Hoaks (Flemington Race 7) is our best bet of the day tomorrow.
